Ntesdorf, do some of your Download Station layouts require pay ware, such as cliffs?

Ntesdorf, I've noticed that some of layouts for example, quite often say that the "cliffs & cuttings are from SirGibby's website.

But all I find on that site, is cliffs and cuttings that you need to pay for. Is that correct, that your layouts require pay ware that are on the download station?

And if that is correct, is that also the same for your Merriwa route, as their are similar and rivers missing.
