NSWGR C36 Class locomotives

I have several different 36 Class locomotives, and I cannot get them up to 70 mph on straight and level track. Even with a light load 150 tons they won't go past 60 mph and going downhill they are so sluggish it takes forever to build speed, even with gravity helping.

The engine spec probably needs tweaking, the one on the DLS is for Trainz Classics 1&2 and is 15 years old.
