NSW Waratah A Set Glass problem

Hi trainzers. My friend has Trainz a new era and is having troubles with his Waratah A Set from this website http://trainzelectrotransport.myfreesites.net. There is picture below showing whats wrong with it. It has Black windows and you cant see inside it. Thank you for helping me and my friend fix this problem.
