A large number of NS C40-8's have been spotted recently in New Mexico.

This trio were seen near near Belen Yard...

... and another pair were caught eastbound at Madrone on a long drag of empty hoppers...

Wow that beautiful of desert area in New Mexico and also my 1 friend live in New Mexico too because he was earlier moved to New Mexico and he with his mom like for 1 year before so he never come back so I miss him...Anyway, great the photos of NS C40-8 so that my favorite:wave: and Diesel9 too!

We at are train club layout have only a couple NS trains but more good news is that the challenger came through alon with the western pacific heritage and passeneger train last yera. this year we saw #1996 SP's heritage unit and it cam with a leased NS unit that month.
