It's Windows interfering, just leave it and it may well clear, does here.
Repairing the database is probably using 100% of your processor and most of your memory unless you have multiple cores and a few GB's of ram.
If you don't touch anything while the database is repairing you probably won't get that message, just clicking on CM when TadDaemon is busy can on occasions trigger that message.
