not correct next my name

I paid for Train 12, I have an official version and registration code, I have registered, so it is wrong next to my name. Via the helpdesk I find no solution, who can fix this
i dont like it.
 
Unfortunately, only the Helpdesk can solve this one. You will need to create a support ticket if you haven't already.
