Not active fault

Hello

I've just encountered a new problem with one asset. It does not say faulty, faulty dependencies, or missing dependencies. It is not even highlighted in red. It has the words "not active" beside the "installed payware" title. I checked the view error file and it said <kuid:336419:1091> not available.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

That usually reflects a N3V server side issue which 'should' clear itself given time. If it doesn't, I would contact the Help Desk.
