Not able to load Route due to kuid issue?

Hey all... Hopefully some of my worldly brothers in the many timezones around the world can help me with this...

I have been dealing with memory heirarchy issues for weeks, and while I think I might have a way to get what I want out of the game, I just ran into a snag....

I was saving all my routes and sessions at the default level (that would be Route:Session:Default). This allowed me to do route AND session changes (thank God, finally) in the same fell swoop and allows me to "carry forward" AI commands put into the game, on both the session and route level...

Today I reloaded that "default" session, and I got an error on a kuid assest.

"Error. Failed to load <kuid:834853:100834>"

What is this? How do I "fix" this?

I have a lot of AI commands in this route/session, and I do not want to lose them... but I didn't need to tell you that....

Help!

(Edit- Seems I can't even load the route or session now???)

Yes, you must have really done something serious to upset the Great Dispatcher in the Engine Shed :)

I would suspect either a corrupt TANE database or a corrupt TANE install. The solution to neither is pretty.

Perhaps others may have some "prettier" solutions before you launch into an EDBR or a reinstall.

Making a guess I would say that the route and session did not match the kuid numbers. Open the session config and check the map kuid and check it matches the route kuid. Hope you don't have the route named as default as this can easily be wiped out. Name the route but the session default only goes with that route.

Go into Manage Content and select My Content. You should be able to see what <kuid:834853:100834> is. Then post and let us know.
