North American grade crossings

Does anyone have any suggestions as to which (North American) grade crossings may have longer trigger times? ie. for use on higher speed lines. I love the "BNSF" ones, but they trigger too late, and the train is already at or through the crossing before the gates have dropped.

I should also mention that I'd like to have them be freeware from the dls, so as to keep the route free of third-party content.

Use ATLS, more work to setup but you can move the triggers for the gates as far as you need to for the timing to be correct.

Thanks - I have dabbled with those, but they are a little involved. Was looking for something a little simpler. May go back and see if I can figure them out.

Try the HP ones. They activate in time for 65-70 mph ops.
