None of my traffic seems to be working

Well after all these years I finally have a problem. I haven't been in my route much lately, but just started to do some work this weekend and none of my traffic seems to be working. There's cars on the road but none are moving just setting there. Was fine before the last update.

In plus or regular?

It might be related to the pausing. In Plus things are paused and cars and other things are stopped.
