No traction motor sound

Hi all, i bought trainz and the etr 1000 today and i was very excited for it. when i started driving the train i discovered the lack of a traction motor sound, is it just me or does this train not have this? i currently have a refund request open and i would be happy to cancel it if it is just me and there was an error installing the train. the other sounds do work.

Its a nice but complex train
did you read the manual about the startup?
there is also a youtube video, where you can see what to do

i can drive it, i just dont hear any traction motors go
