I just bought a lifte time ticket for the DLS, and the email for conformation came with no serial number. What do I do?

Would it be possible to send it to me? I can't get through to the help desk.

You activate your fist class ticket through your Planet Auran account, it does not have a 'serial number', just click on it, make sure it shows 'activated' and in anywhere up to 48 hours, it'll show up active, and you will get the first class ticket speeds from the Auran DLS, rather than the 'limited' speeds.
