No Main Menu?

So I have purchased the Trainz12 and downloaded all the files, I installed the program and the first menu appears and i select START. The game loads up and the main menu options do not appear and you can't do anything. All i want to do is play the game!

Sounds like a faulty install? Did you disable all antivirus and Internet Explorer anti phishing when you installed?
