Is there a way to get IA trains to load only specific cars in consist? Even more, not to stop to load every car, even cars that are not set to load that industry's product or are already full. If I set a train to go through the steam station for instance, it will wait at every car to load; do not want to load coal into a tanker or a passenger car! Why can't the trtain just load the tender, then go on to the next stop!

A good question.

Normally using the Multiple Industry New (and other similar industry active assets) will solve the problem of loading only specific cars with specific items - but every car will still stop at the loading point and you lose some flexibility in your loading options.

The loading of coal and water into steam locos and tenders has always been an issue. I have found a partial solution (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't) in placing a track marker on the coal/water loading point (an active industry asset) and using the Drive To Trackmark and Wait (about 30 secs will do) commands instead of the Drive To and Load commands. What usually happens is that the loco will drive to the track mark and halt, the automatic load operation will then take over filling the tender. The train then moves on without attempting to load every wagon. Some experimentation is often needed.
