No image associate!

I keep getting the same old email from Auran about there being no image associate with my content, from my understanding this image associate is the thumbnail. This is what the email reads: "Dear klambert,

The addition of your content file upload.cdp has failed due to the following reason:

- No Image associate with the content <kuid:393563:1060>.

If you require further assistance please contact our helpdesk (http://www.auran.com/helpdesk)

Please help I have done everything auran has requeseted for the image, its a JPG folder, its sized to 240x180. The thumbnail is there beacuse I can see it on my computer unless an image assoicate is something else, please help I have been trying since September and its getting frustrating, its my first bit of content. I have TRS06 if that helps.:'(

It has been awhile since I uploaded to the DLS. Try the forum "Search" function above. That is what I will do next time. The subject has come up several times on the forum. There may be a FAQ on it some where.

Hi klambert,

Have you referenced the image in your config file as below?

thumbnails {
0 {
image "thumb.jpg"
width 240
height 180
}
}

This sort of reference was not required in 2004 but it is required in 2006.
