NO CD key found

What does this mean.. No cd key found .. have to register ....

my game was registers ages ago and i still have 50 days left my my FCT whats the deal ????

is there a server down somewere or has something screwed up on my system. either way not rely happy coz i cant get in to download content.
im able to play on and off line jsut i cant get any more content

please help.

EIDT: ok its now accepting my userner ect... server must have been down or something.. but not it says i dont have a FCT any more WTF? i stil have about 50 days left and i checked the website says its active till 25th of next month. cant reactiveate it or anything .. any idear ???? or is it jsut a waiting game i have to play now and contact paypal for a refund.

Make sure all Trainz processes are running with Administrator privileges, and add Trainz, Content Manager, TrainzUtil, and TADDaemon as permitted programs for your firewall.

thanks for quick reply but it running ok now .. no idear what happend maybe they were working on their servers or something but all is good now. and i havnt changed anything ... its weird.
