How do I fix the header read error?

What is the asset supposed to be?

Is it something you installed from Jointed Rail via a cdp file, or is it something that comes from the Content Store?

This will determine which way to go.
 
Its a Payware asset from Jointed Rail
Reinstall the locomotive or whatever asset that this dependency belongs to.
Go to the Open for edit folder.
Highlight the assets.
Right-click and choose Submit to overwrite the assets.
