Newbie help on triggers

A newbie using TS2009. I want every train that passes point A to sound its horn. I tried trackside horn but that gives the same horn for every train. How do I make every train sound its own particular horn at point A?

I tried to put a trigger at point A and a trigger check rule (for any train) in edit session but what do I do from there?
How can this be accomplished?

kuid:200726:24033 on the DLS is what I think you are looking for. There is also a whistle sign rule made for 04 so not sure if it works in 09, may even be built in?
