New Trainz user: train does not leave the station.

He did not read all posts. Just one of those "give me or else types". We might not all be experts on here, but we do our best to help where we can. Lets see him creates a route or content. Then he will know difficult it is.

Some trial and error and bada-bing! Some progress!! The Driver moves the train forward with the forward/reverse lever, with the throttle in IDLE! The train picks up speed, and then the train can be throttled up!!!!!! well, why is it none of you told me this?????? holy crap, some experts here. one guy asking me if I think I can drive a real engine! I just want to be able to master something on this software!!! the train starts with the throttle in idle!! No thanks to the experts! "what version??? what version???" that wasnt the relevant question!!!!!!

Are you 8 years old? If not, I think you need to master some manners before you try mastering anything else. The people on this forum are usually very helpful except in rare cases where an ignoranus like yourself comes along.

Knowing what version of trainz you are using is essential to get help due to subtle differences between these versions. It is the most relevant question you can be asked when trying to get a solution to a problem.

If you have any further queries, it is unlikely anyone will want to help you any here unless you either act in a mature manner or get some manners. Perhaps you will be able to buy some off the cheap discount rack?
