New Trainz Series On Youtube

Hey i will be willing to do voices! i have a good acting voice. :hehe: i love Episode 1 (evin tho its the only one I've seen but more to see tomorrow....)

I like your series, but i do have one gripe...they all seem so short. I doubt anybody expects a 30 minute feature, but just maybe a bit more than 5-6 minutes. Not telling you how to do your job, though. It's still a great series by the way, love the annoying tank engine!
 
true, maybe it's just years and years of Thomas the Tank engine:hehe: I just feel like there could be more substance in the storyline(s).

I can see your point, the only problem is Windows Movie Maker. Some of the first episodes from last July and August were much longer. At that time, Movie Maker was running much more stably. Around the time of Episode 6 (Jerry's Quest), it wouldn't let me save movies that were more than four to four and a half minutes long. That episode had to be in three parts, but I planned to only break it into two. With Season 2, I'm trying to be careful not to make any one part of an episode over four minutes long, just to make sure it can save. Not counting the intro and end credits, each Season 2 episode is around four to five minutes long. I know it's nothing like some of the other series, with four or five eight minute parts in each episode, but if I make them that long, the story is guaranteed to progress slowly. Also, on the topic of substance in the story, it seems that every time I do that, a character dies (Jerry's brother Larry), but I'm trying to think of some better stories that will make longer episodes with no character deaths. And yes, George the tank engine should be in each episode at least once. I openly welcome any more constructive criticism, as it will only help to improve the series.:wave:
 
I was wondering, are there any plans to introduce a new character? Like say, Ben's USRA 2-8-2? (don't attack me, just curious, maybe we can get the annoying tank engine all riled up again...he'd think they'd get merged into CSX or something:hehe:).

I've tried all sorts of different movie makers, some even less powerful than WMM, but my old dying computer wouldn't take kindly to that. WMM is still the only movie program I can get it to run. On the note of new characters, I've had ideas to introduce a couple, most likely an SD9 and maybe a British steam locomotive converted to haul American cars, but I can't get ideas for how to introduce them. Maybe in Season 3...
