The only reason people bite back is that you attack them when they try to make suggestion, so that you can improve your work.
As to the helpdesk, our system sends a reply asking you to allow at least 5 days for us to reply. At the moment, we do have another backlog (a lot smaller than the previous one, and we are working through it), and as such it may take a little longer. Please be patient, as the tickets are taken in turn (unless we have to leave them, due to requiring too much time to investigate them).
