Talking with Techy at local computer store, I took his suggestion and purchased a 27" BenQ XL2720Z.
WOW, what a difference a new good monitor can make.
Seems like a whole machine upgrade, Tane, Project Cars, Euro Truck Sim, all have the right stuff to use a 144mhz refresh rate.
Tane sessions run so good and so smooth I am astonished.
The purchase was well worth the $ to have my applications run so good.
