That's So Trainz Forum
Hi. I'm making a route where every baseboard is another scene. It will be set up so that each baseboard has at least one railroad feature. (i.e. a diamond, a spur, a yard, etc.) Each baseboard will have a theme. So far, I have two in progress.

- "A Dash of Spain" : A Spanish themed route and it will use signals and equipment from Renfe.

- "USA Urban Center" : An urban town with buildings and some woods.

This route will be made in TRS2006. I started it when I just re-installed Trainz with built-in content, and I moved up to the 3rd Party/DLS content when I merged my old local folder. This will be my picture thread where I post updates.

Here's some to start off with:

That's the end of the line for now.

Future site of a railroad crossing. You can see the industrial spur goes until the end of the baseboard.

The current industrial block. A lot of work to do here!

Hungry? I'm lovin' it. It's my best McDonalds I've set up in Trainz. I just need to add some cars and a few small details.

Trainz traffic is so stupid sometimes. Either way, this is going to be the first residential block.

I made this crossing with built-in content. It took me awhile, but it came out pretty good, I think.

Nice little pond. First time using those lily pads I downloaded awhile back. I also have an abandoned spur in progress on the right.

This is going to be an apartment block. I might add another restaurant nearby.

Pretty much nothing but track and basic signals.

It does feature a diamond though with an interchange track.

Suggestions for baseboards are welcome!

Cheers,
Joshua
