New help with my account, Lost serials

I have an account since TRAINZ . but over time i've forgotten the username and passwords. I need help from admin to retrieve my serials and account. I have all the email addresses i have used for last 8 years . My latest one for 2011 is Trains 12 even that isn't on my auran account just paid for a 6month ticket to get access to content. but only for Trainz2010

no one in the Forums can help you. You need to open a Help Desk Ticket. Provide all the information you eluded to above, and they should be able to merge all your accounts in to one.
