New Desktop Purchase

I am very close to purchasing a new desktop (only have $600 to spend total tax and all) to run Trainz '12 and FSX. Just ran across deals on Cyberpower and IBuypower PC's online. Any one better/worse than the other as far as overall brands? I do not want to build my own, just yet (maybe down the road). Both have an AMD 4100 quad core 3.6ghz processor, 8g of RAM, 500g to 1TB hard drive, and Nvidia GT610 1G graphics card. Should I spend another $20 for a GT630 1g card or $70 more for a GT640 2g card or would you go with the GT610 for now, and look for a deal on something like a GTX550Ti next year for an upgrade?
Anything I get is going to be a huge improvement over my Dell Inspiron laptop with Dual core 2.2ghz , 2g of RAM and Integrated graphics, right? I'm just looking for anyone's (and everyone's) informed opinion on what would be the best "bang for the (limited) bucks".
As always, I value everyone's opinion who have replied to all of my previous posts.
Probably going to order within 2 weeks or so.

Thanks.

The Nvidia card used to be 4 digits, first number was series, second was model, now they are 3 digits using the same thing, first digit is series, second is still model. So a *10 is no better than onboard video, you want at least a *50 or a *60.

I know a couple of guys who purchased from Cyberpower and are very happy. When buying a CPU, make sure you get a good ghz number like a 3.0 or better. I have a friend who had a dual core 3.1 and thought that he was upgrading to a quadcore 2.4, it was so slow, even with the extra cores.

I just like Intel processors, so I would keep an eye out for an I5 or I7 rather than the AMD ( actually I5 is probably plenty).

I think a GTX 550Ti video card would be good. Maybe you can get an AMD Phenom quad core processor or FX quad core processor.
