WOW!! I have never seen this site. AWESOME!! I will be up all night now!! I appreciate the link Scratchy!!:DDavid
No problem, any questions feel free to PM me and I'll try to help you out, im not the best re-skinner in the world but i figure the more help and opinions, the better the final model will be, and thats what we're all after

Looking good! It your model so completely up to you what to do. I'm guessing your using Photoshop? If so you can mess around with the opacity of the layers and see what you can come up with, ill get on the other PC and stick up some pics of my reskins that might explain it better. Generally I like them dirty but not quite that extreme, usually have 2 or 3 different decals on about 40% opacity or fill (donno the difference...), also you can rotate some of them to get the effect of dirt from the bottom of the car. Another tip, if your finding the decal is getting to pixelly then you can put two together and flip one so they match up in the middle. Keep at it!

this is off topic but i was wanting someone to tell me how to make my own loco skins using frank's c44-9w mesh i've been trying to make the bnsf h1 scheme or (pumpkin) scheme but cant seem to do it any help or pointers would be awesome thanks and what program is best for doing this?
