I'm beginning the PRR-ification of my UMR TS12 Route from the DLS for personal use. I already replaced the JR Signals with PRR signals, and moved them all to accommodate for the size differences. My next task is to electrify the route. The mainline and "simple" yard areas will be very easy to do. The problems will be the "complex" yards, like the big one at the Smithville end of the layout. If anyone knows of shortcuts, tips or tricks to make this process less of a headache, please sing out. Next up is to redo the junction switches to resemble PRR junctions, and to change signs.
