Need Some help...

Im trying to add a Thumbnail To a session but it will not commit the change...Unable to commit changes to asset <kuid:38793:100012> as the config file contains the wrong KUID
Im just adding the lines to point to the jpg..any help

Have you made any other changes to either the folder name or the config.txt file?

OK - I'm guessing you mean

If this is the case, and you are still getting the error, there is a workaround. Move the affected folder to the Desktop,revert the asset, then use the Import Content command in Content Manager to import the changed version.

Thanks, What ever happend I got it to work..Now to up load..

Assuming the upload is for TS10 the thumbnail should be 512x512. 240x180 is the 'old' size and it will get stretched...

All my content has the 240x180 and I see no stretching, 512x512 was the old one.

TS10 routes and session - 512x512. Deffinitely. Just look at them - they are square, not rectangular...

Ah, so that applies to routes and sessions only. I hadn't noticed any trouble with the content I've uploaded, and was going to "grab a torch" and join whitepass, but you've clarified it Andy!
