I need some help please.

While it use to happen in Internet Explorer 8 often but not as much now. It now seems to be doing a similar thing with Firefox about about a script slowing down the browser, and gives me a choice of to continue or not, but with Firefox, it seems to be occuring more frequenctly.

No viruses, etc detected by an anti-virus program.

I've had the same problem. I believe it is caused by a recent update to Flash Player.

It might be worth checking for any Flash Player updates.

This is what I get sometimes
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Script chrome://tmtoolbar/content/4 capital letters, plus two letters.js:three numbers

[Tick box] Don’t ask me again

Most of the time, slow script problems are caused by out-of-date addons (especially Flash Player,Shockwave Player and Java), although if a custom toolbar has been installed, that may need updating - different addons have different ways of updating.

The same applies if your browser crashes frequently.

EDIT: Also make sure your web browser is up to date - I use Secunia PSI to keep track of that.
