need help

i have joined this so i could get help because im annoyed with this game. i install trainz virtual railway v1.3 onto my computer but in the process it asks me for my company. what do i do? please

Liam - I dont think that question is too vital - If you cannot get past the question just type in your name - I suspect that will do the trick.

I usually just put 'home' in when it asks for company.

thanks but underneath that it asks for a serial number for the game but its one big bar instead of those usual gaps you get. :/

The serial number, 6 groups of 4 characters each (letters and numbers), with groups separated by hyphens, will be in your CD/DVD case or on the back of the handbook, depending on which version of Trainz you are installing. Type this in, copying it EXACTLY ie. with hyphens and with upper case/capital letters as shown.

Just enter your serial number in the box like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (the "X" is the number/letter of your serial number).
