NEED HELP

Hi everyone, im new to the Trainz Forums, but have been using Trainz 09 and 12 for awhile now, now to my problem
i downloaded a train from protrainz <kuid:52779:132> and have been getting some strange errors,
Error: Unable to load primary texture 'p42_via_901_body/kopipi.jpg' for texture file 'p42_via_901_body/kopipi.texture.txt'.
Error: Unable to load primary texture 'p42_via_901_body/p42_truck.jpg' for texture file 'p42_via_901_body/p42_truck.texture.txt'.
Error: Unable to load primary texture 'p42_via_901_body/p42_truck_parts.jpg' for texture file 'p42_via_901_body/p42_truck_parts.texture.txt'.
i have looked in the folder and cannot find any jpg's for the texture files i need,
Since i figure i might not be able to fix these problems i was maybe hoping that someone on here might be able to reskin this loco <kuid2:104609:100266:5> and cars
<kuid2:104609:100199:7>,<kuid2:104609:100202:8><kuid2:104609:100218:6><kuid2:104609:100239:9> to look like the Via 901 asset, I hope its not to much to ask and apperciate any help i can get

Hmm, I presume you mean ProTrainz.com, at least there i came when googling it. The content there is for a very much older version of trainz, so you can hardly expect that it will work out of the box in both your much newer versions.

Many things can be 'repaired' however, but since this is just your second post, I presume you're quite new at this so repairing can be a daunting task. Maybe you're better off to ask for the type of train/locomotive you're looking for in the freeware section of this forum first to see if there's a newer version available somewhere.
On the other hand, if you really want to try your hand at doing some repairs the thread here will get you on your way.

Thanks for your reply, i Have repaired many other assets but this one paticular one is giving me problems due to missing files, <kuid:52779:132> by gumby train and thanks i will try ur suggestion

You can find the missing *.jpg's by searching the TRAINZ folder.
IE: Search: kopipi.jpg,
Search: p42_truck.jpg
Search: p42_truck_parts.jpg

just COPY and paste to the P42 901 folder.

I just did it.
