This tag actually has to do with the brake shoes and can be found on many types of car. This type of tag started appearing on cars in about 1999 and is very common today. They are usually placed somewhere over the trucks (bogies) Here is an extreme close-up:
Isn't that like going to get new tires on your car and when you pick it up there's a red label on the fender that says:
"Replace tires with only Firestone Firehawk tires." Does a salesperson roam the freight yards sticking that on?
