Your message title was not easy to decipher. I assumed that the "542859:1271" is actually <kuid542859:1271>.

In any case the asset, searching using the assumed kuid or the title, is not on the DLS. The creator, djflop from Ukraine, has a number of DLS assets which seem to be mostly trams or related.

I know all that but still does not answer my original question why is it ok in CMP but not in Surveyor?

I could get a copy (legal way), I have checked it and it behaves unexpectedly in the CMP most probably due to the configs and format of the tga of the dependencies kuid:542859:1265, kuid:542859:1288, kuid:542859:1267. I modified its configs to the trainz-build 3.5 standard and resaved the tga in the graphic editor and it is OK now. BTW it proved again that my TRS19 CM is tragically slow regarding window refresh rate (ie. asset state) in comparison with my TANE's one. In TRS19 CM I need to wait some 10s for changes, modifications or submits to be displayed...

It's gotten better but Content Manager in TRS19 used to do a light second-level check before assets were allowed to run in-game. During loading, scripts are enabled and graphics are loaded up. In TRS19, Content Manager does a light check of those unlike TRS22 and up where Content Manager will check the assets deeper, including running a script check, prior to allowing the assets to load.

Interesting is that it also takes similarly longer time for CM 19 to check for game updates, I guess it has nothing to do with deeper internal content check, but with connection to the authentification and DRM servers, it is just not optimized after such modifications after its development...

That's a possibility because it uses older code that wasn't updated and optimized when it was put into TRS22 and its relations.
