Need help reinstalling TS12

My computer recently crashed, taking all of my original install files with it. Now that I am back up and running I would like to reinstall TS12 but not sure where to go. I originally bought it online and it is registered so the serial number shows in my profile. I can't for the life of me figure out where to go to download the whole program again. Can anyone help?

If you've bought it directly from N3V, click Profile above, followed by Order History. Once the page appears, click the relevant order number - the next page will give you the required links.

I thought it might be in there but when I looked all it shows is the First Class Ticket I bought right after I bought TS12. I did buy it directly from NV3's website so I am surprised it is not showing anywhere that I purchased it other than showing that I registered the serial number of it.

Go to Order History.
Click on your order number.

This will give you the order details.

Scroll down and there is a download link where you can redownload your original purchase.

While you're at it, copy (highlight) the CD-KEY/Serial Number and paste this into a text file.

When it's time to install the program and you're asked for the CD-Key, all you do is copy and paste it into the space.

That is the problem, my original order is not showing in there. Only the First Class Ticket I bought. Its almost like I never purchased it. I sent a problem ticket to Auran, hopefully they can make it reappear in there. I was hoping there was another way to do it but I haven't been able to find one. I have the serial number so it is clear I purchased a copy.
