I recall seeing something a while back, how you can possibly find your TS serial number without having to bother Auran for it, depending on what Version of Trainz you may have.

I bought the Download Version of TS2009 when I saw a cheaper price offered on the Auran site, once, and now have the latest version, but found TS2009 on my HDD, and wanted to install it again, to compare the Versions, with a view to keeping it for a while, at least. So, can anyone possibly offer me a clue as to how to locate the Serial Number myself, please ? If you are able to, then thank you ! Cheers.

It is indeed possible.

Click Planet Auran above, then scroll down the resulting page until you find Serial Number, then click it.

The page that appears lists all the serial numbers registered on your account.

Hi there, mate !

Thanks for the memory refresher back there. It's all clear now, and no more probs. I just ran a bit of TS2009, and there was a nice one with a 44 Class, along with a 442 Class, on a train of stainless steel cars, and I plsyed it with the changing camera positions, and it looked great. I remember that, I think. Cheers for the help !
