Narrow-gauge railroad/railway in the UK?

Now T:ANE I can get into
I seem to recall once finding a YouTube video of an unusual operation in the UK. It was a narrow gauge railroad/railway that operated through what appeared to be several residential backyards. I believe the purpose of the line was to transport fertilizer or slurry, but it also doubled as a tourist line due to the unusual nature of the operation. I haven't been able to relocate the video, nor have I been able to find any more information about it.

It may not have run through backyards, but it ran behind the fences, between backyards.

I've scoured that list before, but I was unable to find it.

You are thinking of the pre preservation Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway which did run though the back street of Welshpool. you will find the iconic picture here but a search will yield others.
