Hi all
I am having trouble in getting any reply back from N3V I have left a few times but still not had my FCT active can anyone tell me if they are true and how do I get in contact with them

I have a lifetime FCT so its been a while since I needed to activate one but, as I recall, you activate FCTs through Planet Auran. There is a link at the top of this page. I don't believe you need to go through the help desk.
