Maybe it's because you haven't registered your TS12 copy.

No, the locos you're talking about are made by NewYorkCentral, or Peter, and are found at http://www.freewebs.com/redboy747/.
Huh? That's the same website I listed, plus I never mentioned who made them.
EDIT: I changed my post to clarify that the other websites I listed are the dependencies of the locomotives instead of the actual locomotives.
