Weird Imaging When Opening Game and Routes

Is anybody having this issue...? I'm not sure what is causing it on random loading of the game and route. On the Route, the HiDef Tiles are pixellated and in Surveyor 2.0, all of the file images are pixelated as well (see left side of image)...

In Drive Mode, you can't see any assets, only psychedelic imaging [which would have been cool for me back in the early 70's but not today ]

Clueless as to what is happening so any advice is helpful....

Ok, so I did an "Extended Database Repair" and it seemed to have fixed the issue above. Still not sure what caused the problem so it could have been anything that corrupted during a download, save, update, etc.....

Problem persists..! I do the "Extended Database Repair" each time which fixes the problem until I exit the game and come back the next time...

I repeat the process each time but something continues to corrupt the game start...

Reported problem to the developers but no response as yet....

Ugh!
