Hi, This is probably not the appropriate place for this but I am wondering how to find out about the status of an order. I ordered Trainz Simulator 2009 as well as the Raildriver controller in early May and haven't heard anything since. I would like to follow up and check whether it's been shipped even though it says "pending" but there does not seem to be an easy way to make contact. I sent through a helpdesk ticket 8 days ago.
Any advice.
