My order

Hi, This is probably not the appropriate place for this but I am wondering how to find out about the status of an order. I ordered Trainz Simulator 2009 as well as the Raildriver controller in early May and haven't heard anything since. I would like to follow up and check whether it's been shipped even though it says "pending" but there does not seem to be an easy way to make contact. I sent through a helpdesk ticket 8 days ago.

Any advice.

Inquire with the Helpdesk. Zec Murphy is the one who would be able to check the status of your order. http://support.auran.com/

Your login is the same as the one you use to login here.


Auran's system may have sent you a message regarding your order. Check your email inbox just in case your mail client decided to category the corrsepondence as junk, and filed it in a junk folder or trash.

it will take from three days to 3 weeks to get you disk
 
At the top of the forums, click on Profile then under Shop, click on Order History. If memory serves, this should show you the status of your order if you placed it with the account you are now using.
 
Jane,

Also check your email and in particular a junk folder for any messages from Auran. They may have sent you some information regarding your order status and that has been moved to an inappropriate folder.
