my old stuff

Since I was last using Trainz, I have had a new computer.
Is there anway that I can access my old pre-09 layouts and assets that according to the My Content page of are still in existance somewhere in Trainz land.
Particularly I would like to retreive my Thames Run layout.

Any advice gratefully received.
