My new train that I'm almost done with!

Good Evening Trainz forums! I have been working on a new train for about a week, and I'm about done with it. I call the engine Odd The Purple Engine. You may kinda recognize it, because, believe it or not, this was my starter model before I revamped it into Faceless Lady! I had the old mesh still lying in skeatchup, and decided to finish it! Here are some screenshots of it:

As you can see, it's better then my Faceless Lady model was, but this model is still a WIP. I'm having a script built for the changing faces on the engine. When this engine is released, it will include the Train, and the Whistle.
EDIT: Your also getting a small "sneak peek at A Forest Test 2.0!

Obviously it's a basic model, but I must congratulate you. Getting a working steam loco into Trainz only a year after joining is quite an achievement (it took me much longer to even consider content creation). Keep at it and your work will only improve.
I believe you use blender for the final exporting to Trainz. I'd encourage you to investigate using it for the entire modelling process as (once you've got over the learning curve) the extra tools it contains will make the entire experience quicker and easier.

Agreed. Although you could still use some of that "growing up" thing, kudos to you Zelda for getting an engine into Trainz, however basic.

Yes, you are correct. I did use blender to export it out into Trainz. I built the engine in Sketchup, and exported out to finalize it and bring the poly count down in Blender.

If Zelda wanted to release the character, he would have to email the developers asking what their stance on content usage. I'd do it myself, however I don't know French(the game company who made it is in France).

Didn't you state in a notpad file on the model resource site that the model was freeware TomixNscale89, that is if your referring to the driver.

Oh, yeah. Your right!... LilotheStich did that one, and put it on the Sketchup Warehouse. Anyway, the driver might just be a Sodor driver in the very end.
