after i finished downloading everything there were alot of missing assets and i noticed the red caboose motel and railroad museum of PA wasnt there either i really want to know how to get this fixed

Did you edit the route in your session and not the route editor?

If you open up Edit Route and you've edited the route using Edit Session, then objects placed in the Session will not appear on the route.

You need to merge layers to fix this.

Its not that i think it may be one of the missing assets
Missing assets shouldn't cause a lot of things to be missing unless you use a lot of the same thing. What you need to do is check for open assets in Content Manager.

Close Trainz back to the Launcher and click on Manage Content.
In Content Manager, change the screen to Open for editing.
If there are any assets open for editing, highlight them all, right-click, and choose Revert to original.

Right-click the route in Content Manager and select "List Dependencies". Sort that list by clicking on "Status" so the unknowns come to the top. Then select those and copy, then paste in a post here.

there is no status option also im using trainz 2019
You need to add the column or columns.

Right click on one of the columns and choose status. It'll automatically appear on the far right. Click on that and drag it to the far left. I recommend adding all the columns because this will help with sorting the content in many different ways such as the most recent, uploaded, etc.

but how do i select and copy them now
Click on Status so that all the missing assets are grouped together.

Click on the first one
Using CTRL to click individual ones, or SHIFT and click on the last one to select all the assets with missing dependencies.

What helps is to highlight the missing dependencies, right-click and choose View assets in a new window.
A new screen will open up.
Click on one and press CTRL+A to select all.

Press CTRL+C
Paste the list in the forum.

Curious, are you on Windows or Mac? Maybe instead of CTRL-C, select them and then use Edit-Copy up on the top menu. If that fails, maybe you could just take a screenshot of the list of unknowns, upload it to the gallery, and post the link to the screenshot here using the icon that looks like a picture.

im on windows and also ill try

it didnt work but i did take a screenshot but im not able to post them here

can anybody else help

We can provide limited help without any kind of context. Since you just opened up the route, then try this:

Check the status. If the assets show opened for editing, highlight them, right-click and choose Revert to original. That will put the assets back into Trainz.

If that doesn't help, run a database repair. Click on the Developer menu item on the Launcher or in Content Manager.
Click on Rebuild database.

if its unkown then how would it be open for edit
Why a route will show missing assets:
Your route will show a missing asset if the asset is opened for editing. When an asset is opened for editing, it's removed from the database to allow you to make changes to the asset. An asset can end up opened for editing if you installed the same asset from a cdp file. An asset having the same name doesn't count, an asset that has the same kuid, including the version if it's a kuid:2 asset, is the same asset. By reverting the asset to original, or submitting the asset, you are putting the reference to the asset in the database and your route is then able to find it and use the asset that's referenced in its data files.

The other is if you have placed asset on the wrong layer by editing the session instead of the route.

Editing a previous version that doesn't have the assets you placed another time.

If you downloaded the route from the DLS, then it's possible that the route creator neglected to upload dependencies or didn't provide a link to the third-party assets.

If your assets are coming up unknown, and you definitely installed them, then there's something seriously wrong with your computer such as your hard disk and you should consider running system diagnostics.
