Murchison2 and 2010EE

I cannot install Murchison2 in 2010EE. It defaults to the 2009. So I renamed the 2009 folder to TEMP and the Murchison installer defaulted to the 2010EE. Good to go..............I thought.

Launching 2010EE and there are no Murchison2 routes. Did a database repair in CM2, relaunched and Trainz2010EE encountered a problem with communications.

So I had to uninstall 2010 and re-install.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Here is an unofficial way of having the addons in 2010. Go to your 2009 builtin directory and copy the .ja file. Paste it in the 2010 builtin directory. Startup and enter key. Go to Content Manager and do an EDR. You should be good to go. Make sure favourites are turned off. Click on gold star in the routes area.

I had Zero Issues Installing this onto 2010 EE

I thought I would share that I purchased, Downloaded and installed this last night and had NO problems.

Here is the info about my base installation in case it of value to others:

Had 2009 WBE
Upgrade it to 2010 EE
Installed Murch 2

All are clean installs, I have never used the DL station yet.

When i installed Murch it asked if I wanted to add it to trains, I answered yes. before actually running it I did lauch content from the 2010 menu and let the DB update and closed it. I ran 2010 EE again, found and used the Murch 2 routes and started the first scenario.

I'd like to add that I am extremely happy with this add on so far, it makes the whole package for me feel better as something about Murch 2 is extremely appealing to me, it seems very polished and organized!

Running on a Core Dua 2.8Ghz, Win 7 32 bit, 2.7GB available RAM Nvida 512 with virtual ram to 1.5GB (appears to use excess system Ram on top its base 512)

Hope this helps and I am looking forward to the other add ons and seeing what goodies can be found in the DL station.
