Right-clicking on an asset listed within the CDP Explorer, allows for extracting that asset to a CDP. There are other options under the Asset menu item to extract all or selected assets.
Dick, don't get too carried away. I have seen posts that too large of CDP files cannot be handled by either Trainz or CDP Explorer. I have made files up to 2GB and they seem to work OK with CDP Explorer. I am hesitant to go larger.
