Honestly no. I'll be working on these MP36s for a while then its back to my gensets to complete them. I'll be back in school at the end of the month so when that point comes I wont have as much time to dedicate to projects like this.
Alright not a problem, Thanks for doing this and the Gensets

On Metra, it's a gyralight that is always on, much like the F40's. The numberboards are on the side of the light, where you have the two black sections. Looks great so far, keep up the good work.

On the Metra MP36PH-3S its a flashing strobe light as seen by this green arrow. I'm curious to know if it flashes at all times like the F40 units they have, which has a flashing strobe on the top, or does it flash only when the ditchlights have been activated.
actually it looks from chunkpowers' video of the metra MP36 that it operates independently of the ditches but doesn't remain on (it only started to flash as it approached the station.)

I would think it would stay on all the time as it serves the same purpose that the strobe on the F40 does. Looking forward to this.

Metra does not use strobes what so ever. The ditch lights are manually operated or activated by the bell.

Ok it seems like a lot of miss information is been state about Metra which is way off. For One the Mars light is not a strobe nor does it turn off and on when using the horn. It is either off or on no other way. Two the Horn activates the flashing state of the ditch lights. If a train is in a quite zone which is pretty much the entire Metra System minus the RI, parts of the SWS, HC, and a few portions of Metra lines the bell turns on the flashing state.

As seen here the horn started the flashing state of the lights but also if the engineer chosen to he could have used the bell. Also you can see the MARS light is not a strobe and is always on.
Now for the strobes. Metra does not have strobes on any units not even the F40s if that is what you are trying to get at. They have a spinning yellow light on the top but that is about it.

I hope this clears up the lighting issues that seem to be stated incorrectly and anything else as well.

Well they're in trainz. I have the body and textures complete. I'm currently working on auto running numbers except for units 401 and 402. Here are some update shots.

Units in day textures

Units in night textures oh yes I did

Front shot of unit 401 in nightmode. Notice the glowing number board.

I've configured them to run in pull mode with standard lights and push mode with the red marker lights activated

umm you know if you hit the [Prt Scn] button it'll take a screenshot for you, instead of having to take a photograph of your computer. You can then find the screenshot in the program Directory/UserData/Screenshots folder

You do realize that he has done so for every other screen shot in this thread right?

I think it's safe to say i've found true love with these engines :udrool:
Did the Mp36's carry township's names? like some of the F40's did?

Yes. 401 is the Oliver "Ollie " Tibbles and 402 is the state of Illinois which is why they're not being set up for auto numbers. They're going to be separate units.

Nice

The MP36PH-3C looks like it is going to be a winner. Any chance of getting this in the New Mexico Dept of Transportation Railrunner (NMRX) scheme? Links to a couple of photos are attached. Robin_Hoods released an updated BBL coach and cab car in this scheme for 2004-06 and for 2009 in July 2011 out on TPR. The roadrunner's tail feathers are depicted on the cars while the locos (MP36PH-3C) have the roadrunner's head. This makes for an interesting southwestern paint scheme. The only problem with Robin_Hoods models is that the tail feathers of the cars do not point the same direction on both sides of the car. On the prototype the feathers point the same direction on both sides so as to connect to the rear of the roadrunner on the loco.
