Well as per a poll request on Trainz Commuter Rail i'm taking the daunting task of making a MP36PH-3C in a Metra Scheme. This will be freeware once complete

As with anything else in Trainz, if it gets finished, it will be done when it gets done. This one looks like it is already much farther along than the other MP36 projects that have been started. With that said, if you read his Genset thread, he cranked out his Genset switcher in three days!!

I can't wait to see it when you get done- you've been doing some really good work. I know you ran the poll on TCR so what they voted for, you are building. I'm actually surprised though, knowing what route you are building, that it isn't MARC.

Well I think part of the problem was that the Metra skin looks the best out of all the railroads that use them. But reskinning is the easy part, making the base model is the hard part, then making a proper route for them the run on is even harder!:hehe:

I agree with you there. I went back and redid the entire body simply because I couldn't make it more rounder. Hopefully it fits the bill now.

Well after losing a day and losing an entire mesh I've had to completely restart which actually turned out for the best. So im a day behind. I can honestly see why many have given up on this locomotive. This is where she stands as of now.

Started this mesh yesterday.
