Asking for help when you do not have a registered game showing is not a good thing. I strongly suggest you get your game registered here: https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php
... and if you already did that contact the Helpdesk (via the link on the top of the page) to get it sorted (and not start a topic about it on the forum).
