You got a seriously big hobby room :hehe: .

It looks like you are using a 10x10m grid. Consider switching to a 5x5m grid so you can do some finer texturing; it might help you get some better effects every now and then. Keep up the good work though; your texturing looks better then mine anyway lol.

Glorious asset creators! I have a humble request. Is it possible to get a sky backdrop that curves? Many splines curve, but the 2 most commonly used ones in this series of model railroadz do not. I don't mind putting a bunch of points in to make the backdrop appear curved, but when you do, the clouds get compressed and looked weird. If someone has found a way to get the backdrop sky splines to curve, then please share...perhaps I am just in the wrong! Thanks for the consideration!

@ oknosen maybe its a mansion belonging to a very rich man :)

Nice pics. My first thought was you bought a warehouse somewhere.

@Jfriedrich, thanks for your assistance with tracking down the missing kuids i had. Eso, thank you, again, for releasing these to us. I'm going have fun running trains in circles and dreaming of the day I have an actual model railway/complete trainz route of my own.

Matt.

Thanks Phil and Eboy87!
Anyone found that turntable? :)

Wonderful work. Very atmospheric.

I hope that you will eventually release it?

Phil

Phil, I plan to release it. However you will not like it ;), there is a bunch of non-DLS assets involved.
But I will do my best to provide the DL links to all of them in one list.

Hang on, how did you manage to get those backgrounds?
In case you are referring to my pics:

No money to maintain that old turntable.
No idea where that spinner is now but the pit is very useful to get rid of some old scrap... :D

Heya all,

a great idea is to use Trainz for modelling small layouts.

Now i"ve seen this image and have a question:

Where are those doors from? I found walls, support, base, wall pictures and backgrounds, but not that doors. Similarly some furniture, shelves are missing.

Here 2 images of my personal small (2 baseboard) model layout:
